Many of us simmers and EA gamers have had horrible experiences with the new EA app.  The App is malfunctioning and doesn’t make the user experience clean and easy to use.  
for simmers, many of us experienced this first hand on March 16th when the Growing Together Sims 4 expansion pack was released.  many reported not being able to sign in for hours and others experienced content being missing.  Some simmers even experienced loading issues.  And if that’s not bad enough many still haven’t  been able access the content they have purchased.  Other EA gamers are reporting system failures, DLCS missing, and issues with playing off line. These things are totally inexcusable! These issues are costed a lot consumers time & money.  Many have not been able stream their gameplay or create content for other platforms.  
How can EA correct this issue?! 
BRING BACK ORIGIN! 
while using Origin we never encountered these issues.  Origin made the buying, downloading, and playing experience seamless.  
As paying customers our voices should be heard! So do what’s right and give us the option to use Origin or the EA app.
