The Issue

As a constituent of my United States Congressman, I have faced numerous challenges in seeking equal protection under the law. Despite the promises embedded within the United States Constitution, specifically the XIV Amendment, Section 5, which grants Congress the power to implement measures ensuring that no person is denied equal protection, my calls for justice have repeatedly fallen on deaf ears.

After reaching out through countless letters and phone calls, I am left with silence and unfulfilled promises. The core issue isn't just about unresponsive communication; it's about a systemic failure to prioritize the equal protection of individuals like myself who are facing glaring injustices within our borders.

I find myself powerless in a situation that requires urgent attention. While the local court clerks have made severe errors in my case, even with a direct order from a Chief Federal Judge demanding correction, there has been no action taken. This isn't just a bureaucratic oversight; it represents a breach of duty and respect for the judicial process.

My struggle is deeply personal, but it also reflects a larger issue affecting many. The failure of my Congressman to act represents a broader neglect of the constituents whose rights are under threat. I am but one voice, yet I believe that with collective support, we can compel our officials to remember their duty to enforce the laws meant to protect us all.

I am calling on everyone who reads this to demand accountability and action from our lawmakers. We must insist that they uphold the Constitution's promise of equal protection and work diligently to address the undeniable grievances of their constituents.

Please sign this petition to urge my Congressman to take immediate and decisive action to rectify these injustices, reinforce the importance of equal protection laws, and restore faith in our democratic systems.

Diane HolbrookPetition StarterI now know in 2013, SCOTUS prohibited non-lawyers from arguing Cases. It's against equal protection laws and should be reversed immediately because of U. S. Constitutional rights. Therefore, SCOTUS Case #17-798 Denial reversed to Granted immediately!
