I am part of a community that values the unique, historically distinct culture of Ukraine. We fervently believe in honoring this heritage, not eradicating it. Our concern has been roused by the disquieting attempts on Ukraine's territorial integrity. It is our duty to take action and support Ukraine in its pursuit of peace and sovereignty.

We recognize that in our deserts rest forgotten but valuable assets - mothballed military vehicles, including the A-10 Thunderbolt II, which were specifically engineered to lay waste to Soviet tanks. These powerful machines, nicknamed 'Warthogs', shielded democracy in their heyday, displaying a dazzling show of force that redefined battlefields of the past. Now, they lie dormant, marking time beneath layers of desert dust.

Therefore, we call on Congress to pass legislation that would authorize funds to restore these mothballed military assets and hand them off to Ukraine. This initiative is two-fold in its effectiveness. On the U.S. domestic front, the endeavor would breathe new life into our industrial sector, creating jobs and boosting our economy. For Ukraine, this means enhanced defense capabilities to safeguard their independence and deter further infringements on their borders.
