Postpone Civil Services Prelims 2020 till 31st August in the wake of lockdown.

The Issue

Due to Covid-19 lockdown, many of us are unable to access libraries and bookstores. A lot of us may fall sick or may have family members who fall sick and need our assistance. All exams are getting postponed. It is the need of the hour to postpone CSP 2020 till 31st August.
