UPS just announced it's cutting 20,000 jobs—on top of the 12,000 it cut last year. That's over 30,000 people suddenly facing uncertainty, many of them hardworking union members who helped keep the company running through a pandemic, supply chain crisis, and massive holiday surges.

Despite making billions in revenue, UPS is slashing jobs and shutting down dozens of facilities to boost profits and please shareholders.

But here's the thing: UPS is contractually obligated to create 30,000 Teamsters jobs under their current national master agreement. This isn’t just about business decisions—it’s about honoring a promise made to working people.

Teamsters President Sean O'Brien has already made it clear: any attempt to violate this agreement or go after good-paying union jobs will be met with resistance. But we need public pressure to make sure UPS knows the country is watching.
