Mary Elizabeth Yoder is responsible for the death of her 4 year old son Judah Morgan. Judah was in foster care almost his whole young life with a loving family who wanted to adopt him. Unfortunately after 4 years Dcf sent him back to his biological parents for a 6 month trial unification. Judah only lived to see month five before they ultimately took his life. Mary and her husband had been beating Judah since day one leaving him with black eyes, bite marks, broken bones, bruises and lacerations all over his body with no medical treatment  locking him in a dark basement bound with duck tape alone, naked, hungry and afraid. She did not love or care what happened to Judah. She had no sympathy or love for this child. She even tells friends in text how much she disliked him and how much of a burden she though he was. They took this child who was used to being loved and cared for and treated him like he was nothing. He was beat with fist, pipes and anything they could find. He was starved so badly he lost half of his body weight after being returned to them. None of the children had access to food because of the pad locks they put on the fridge. Even the dog was abused in this home. Judah lost the fight for his life in October. Mary was out of the home giving birth that night to another child she didn't want when judah got his finial beating but that matters not. She was a willing participant in all the others and knew what this child was being put threw and did not care. She knew any of the things being done to judah could have caused death but continued to participate and let it happen. Even when she found her son beaten to death her first thought was not to try and get help for Judah. She called Alans brother to tell him he would be needing to help his brother. Sometimes I wonder if she was even sad for her own child.. So far Mary Yoder is only charged with child endangerment and a few other petty charges that will hardly get her any of the time she truly deserves for her role in Judah's death and will be up for a hearing in January. She deserves the same murder charge as her husband. She did nothing to help her son. She let that man abuse him never once trying to intervene and handed out her own beatings as well. Even when her husband was out of the home she still left Judah in that dark basement hungry, scared and alone all because they said he wasn't potty training appropriately which was a lie. There were 3 other children in that home that were also abused that had to witness their brothers torture and death. None of those babies lives will ever be the same and Judah has lost his forever. She does not deserve to see the light of day or to get the opportunity to access her other children ever again. Her and her husband have already done enough damage.  Indiana does not have torture or accessory charges but they do have many other that can be added like cruel confinement, neglect of a dependent and many others that fit what was done to sweet Judah. I want this woman under the jail where she deserves to be.. Please sign this petition in hopes of getting her charges upgraded to murder or at least charge her with everything they possibly can to bury her.. They have the evidence and there is no reason she shouldn't spend the rest of her natural life in prison.. Please sign and share and help stop this woman's chance of release anytime soon. Judah doesn't get a second chance and neither should she. Justice for the children should be a given and it's a shame we have to fight so hard to get it for children. May the courts show no mercy.
