The Community of West Footscray and beyond is calling on URGENT funding and support for the upgrade of infrastructure and associated facilities at Shorten Reserve and Rec West. 

These facilities are home to local community sporting clubs, the Roosters (AFL) and the Druids (Cricket) as well as countless members of the community who use the facilities everyday. 

In Sept 2020, Maribyrnong City Council approved the Master Plan which we are now waiting to be actioned and implemented.
