Thanks again for signing and promoting this petition. As things progress I am learning a lot about the Property Management Laws and may have a saving grace from the pending eviction process that may or may not start on Monday the 11th.

I have communicated with Olde Town Brokers via text and email and they have responded, unfortunately that is a trick that benefits them incredibly. The lease states that everything needs to be in writing and delivered to their offices and that overrides any electronic communications.  Luckily I had the Orlando Police Department escort me into their offices so I could hand deliver the documents related to the trash and postal address issues.  I replied to their eviction notice via email to their lawyer and to their emails. I also requested confirmation of the emails by 11AM today or I would then proceed to have OPD escort me again to deliver the printed version of the email.

If anything I will be able to provide an ultimate renters rights resource guide and this is another reason the laws need to be updated from 1996, seriously who would think to check something like having to have written statements delivered to their office to be official...This Guy From Now On!
