Thanks Again Everyone!

Heading to meet with Bogins Munns & Munns about this at 1 today.  It is a tenant landlord issue(at least to start) so I have to pay to play but I am at least going to get some answers from a highly respected law firm in Florida.

Hopefully they will be able to help champion this petition and help me get some exposure thru their channels.

So far this is the best answer from the Orange County Administation: 

There might have just been errors that somehow are not errors, more so sounding like procedural gaps. This is the first time anyone in the county has heard of this happening. They have learned a lot already from all of this.

I am positive I did not sign up to be a test subject and there must be some serious liability issues at every step because they are hiding behind legal reasons for not answering simple questions like this one:
