Petition: Requesting the Security Bureau and Immigration Department to Review and Deport Andrew and Tristan Tate

我們作為簽署人，促請保安局及入境事務處根據香港法例第 115 章《入境條例》，即時審查 Andrew Tate 及 Tristan Tate 在香港的入境身分。基於其涉及的嚴重刑事罪行及對公眾安全的威脅，我們要求當局採取行動。

We, the undersigned, urgently request the Security Bureau and the Immigration Department to exercise their powers under the Immigration Ordinance (Cap. 115) to review the immigration status of Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate. Given the gravity of the criminal allegations against them and the threat they pose to public safety, we urge the authorities to take action.

 

1. 涉及嚴重國際刑事指控 | Serious International Criminal Charges

該兩名人士目前在多個司法管轄區面臨極其嚴重的指控：

羅馬尼亞： 被控販賣人口、組織犯罪集團剝削女性，並正接受有關販賣未成年人進行性剝削的調查。
英國： 因涉嫌強姦及販賣人口而被通緝。

The subjects are currently facing grave charges in multiple jurisdictions:

Romania: Charges of human trafficking, forming an organised criminal group to exploit women, and ongoing investigations into the trafficking of minors.
United Kingdom: Wanted on warrants related to allegations of rape and human trafficking.

2. 危害公眾秩序與社會安寧 | Risk to Public Order and Social Peace

Andrew Tate 公開宣揚剝削女性的價值觀，其平台教導男性透過性暴力與剝削獲利。這種行為與香港社會保護婦女與兒童的價值觀嚴重衝突。允許此類人士在港逗留，將對本地社會安寧及市民福祉構成直接威脅。

Andrew Tate openly promotes the exploitation of women, with platforms providing instruction on profiting from sexual violence and exploitation. Such behaviour is in direct conflict with Hong Kong’s values regarding the protection of women and children. Allowing these individuals to remain in Hong Kong poses a direct threat to social peace and the well-being of the community.

 

3. 符合「不受歡迎人物」之定義 | Status as "Undesirable Persons"

根據香港入境政策，入境處的職責之一是「防止可能會對香港的保安、繁榮和社會安寧構成威脅的不受歡迎人物入境」。鑑於 Andrew Tate 及其兄弟目前因涉及販賣人口與強姦等暴力罪行而成為國際通緝犯，其存在顯然會對香港的社會安寧構成威脅。我們認為該兩名人士完全符合「不受歡迎人物」的定義，應被拒絕留港。

Under HKSAR immigration policy, the department’s mandate is "to prevent the entry of undesirable persons who are likely to pose a threat to the security, prosperity and well-being of Hong Kong." Given that Andrew Tate and his brother are currently international fugitives linked to violent crimes including human trafficking and rape, their presence clearly poses a threat to the well-being of Hong Kong. We believe these individuals meet the definition of "undesirable persons" and should be denied entry or residence.

 

訴求事項 | Formal Requests

我們要求保安局及入境事務處：

即時審查 Andrew Tate 及 Tristan Tate 現時持有的任何簽證或入境許可。
執行遣送令，若其身處香港境內，應將其遣送出境，以確保其不會對香港的保安與社會安寧構成威脅。
拒絕其日後入境，將其列入監察名單，確保香港不會成為國際性罪犯的避風港。

We call upon the Security Bureau and Immigration Department to:

Immediately review any active visas or entry permits held by Andrew and Tristan Tate.
Execute a deportation order if they are found within HKSAR territory, ensuring they do not pose a threat to the security and well-being of Hong Kong.
Refuse all future entry by placing them on a watch list, ensuring Hong Kong does not become a safe haven for international sex offenders.

We trust the Government will take decisive action to protect the safety and dignity of Hong Kong citizens.
