The UNSW Fitness and Aquatic Centre is widely used by the local community.

The centre has been closed since mid March, leaving many people without a job or a place to excercise!

The centre caters for UNSW students and staff; gym users; recreational and squad swimmers; learn to swim for all ages;  seniors;  UNSW sports club;  community sporting groups; local school groups.  In these uncertain times the physical and mental health of the community should be a high priority.  Local councils, other universities, and private operators have recognised the importance of the community's health and wellbeing and reopened their centres.

It is time UNSW reopened their centre.
