The Issue
The manager at two 2 Chick-Fil-A establishment has been inappropriately harassing employees to the point where some might even feel unsafe speaking up about it. This petitions suggest that the individual be fully terminated. Not only has this been an ongoing issue but the operator at this location chose to do nothing severe about. We fear this is Nepotism due to the fact that the perpetrator is the operator’s nephew. A slap in the wrist isn’t enough we want justice. Even after showing clear evidence the manager some how put the blame on the victims. Not only is there nepotism happening but this is a mysogynistic individual.
A google review was written on the restaurant about the situation and my sources have informed me that instead of the restaurant doing something about it, they instead are trying to remove it because of public perception. Though, the public needs to be informed about the situation. Chick-Fil-A is all about community until it comes to its own employees.
Due to the fact that the management is trying to remove the truth from the public, it isn’t something I can let happen. Fear has risen within me because I am an employee at the establishment but I can’t let that stop me from enforcing my 1st amendment and doing the right thing.
I hope this situation follows up with the Chick Fil A Human Resources Department and something gets done about the situation. All it takes is the basic human decency to understand the situation and know what is right and wrong.
