Hello,

My name is Amanda. I am here with you all today using my voice for my husband who cannot defend himself at the moment and till whenever this situation is put to an end because I will not rest till it stops. My husband Luis Ortiz has been in prison for a maximum of 9 years for false allegations against him, no proof was determined, witnesses never showed to court date no accurate determination proven that he committed a crime he was sentenced for just a word by others that was given was enough to strip him from his kids, his wife, his family,loved ones and his life. The justice system is corrupted! CO’s treating him like he is nothing in this world and giving false hope of being heard by parole but yet every time he is seen and is even backed up by those who are beside him to prove his innocence he is viewed as a animal a pest not as a human being. 

This has been a reoccurring situation all around the world not just with my husband. Innocent men have been put in prison for years on end for crimes they did not commit and even with no proof or accurate details they are being held from their own will of freedom or even being tricked in to admitting to it just to have a case going and to collect a paycheck overall them not detaining anyone doesn’t not benefit their job so they will go beyond all means to get what most satisfies them the root of all evil MONEY.  

Ofcourse not knowing the strain and the effect this brings on to the inmates and the families to the point of where they cannot take the pain of having the whole world view them in a way they are not also getting their life put on pause for something that has not been proven true that they get to the extent   as ending their lives just because they cannot handle it anymore. As for the families causing heart break from taking precious years that were meant to be spent with them and watching everyone blossom even better in to the person they are meant to be.

I started off by saying I wanted to be the voice for my husband but I would also like there to be a change for EVERYONE who has to suffer consequences of peoples malicious actions without thought. For REAL JUSTICE to be served because they deserve that just as much as any innocent person who names dragged by the dirt for no reason. 

I ask you all to please find the kindness and love in your heart and to join me to also be a voice for those who cannot defend themselves and to put a STOP to FALSE IMPRISONMENT and cruelty going on in the world, God sees all bad and will take initiative to correct it he just needs his soldiers to start it off and open everyone’s eyes for the greatness that will come out of all this misery.
