University of Toronto, a Canadian university with one of highest tuition rates in the country, will go on to charge system access fees on top of incidental fees when a grand majority of students are enrolling in online classes (and will not make use of campus services). In these times when students are put in an already difficult situation, the University wishes to overcharge for services not accessible to a majority of it's student body, and for services that do not match the quality of learning for which the University is esteemed. 

Let's get the attention of the President Meric Gertler, and of the CFO, Sheila Brown to lower tuition fees and/or entirely eliminate the new fees. Let us be heard. Students rise.
