reminder - PHC to review proposed Apartment House

Dear friends, A reminder that Penn will be requesting final approval for the 5-story 122-unit apartment they propose to build at 40th & Pine, in place of the mansion that they intend to demolish. The Historical Commission Meeting is at 9 AM, 10th Floor, 1515 Arch Street. We continue to maintain that this proposed building fails to reflect the historic character of the site and its neighbors.
