We are 3rd year Nursing Students who have finished our final exam 16/11/2019 ! After 3 years and (some more years than that) have just completed our nursing degree *2019* at the University of Newcastle 

We have been advised by the University of Newcastle that Ourimbah Campus will not get there graduation ceremony until October 2020 and Callaghan Campus will not get there ceremony until July 2020.

UPDATE - ALL DEGREES THAT COMPLETE THEIR DEGREE DECEMBER 2019 AT OURIMBAH CAMPUS WONT FORMALLY GRAUDATE UNTIL OCTOBER 2020 

This is unacceptable to ask us who have worked so hard and sacrificed so much to finish to wait 6-12 months before we can graudate 

This means we would have been working for a year and heading into our 2nd year of nursing before uni lets us graduate. To add to this some have accepted jobs interstate this means they wont get a graduation cermeony at all because of the timing 

We ask all to support us and show this university it is not good enough and we deserve to have our day like years before us got at a reasonable time of the year February or at the latest April 2020 

ITS TIME TO GET LOUD AND SHOW THEM OUR VOICES MATTER
