The University of Manitoba has shown they care only about themselves by taking five weeks to resolve the issue with our professors while claiming they are "for the students". Now, they have us in limbo whether we are returning in person or staying in remote learning. The stress and anxiety this has caused for numerous students are unfair and ridiculous. A questionable date-of-return does nothing but fuel chaos and heightens stress for all students. The semester should be concluded remotely, then plans to resume in person can proceed to be at the start of a new semester, not in the middle of one.
