This is a worrying time for everyone, a lot  people are out of work and everybody’s lifestyle has been changed. At the University of Glasgow, both main campus and the Dumfries campus, face-to-face teaching was suspended on the 16th March. The University is expecting us to pay a ‘notice period’ which lasts until the 22nd of April; this period of time will cost us over £700. Due to the fact that we were not able to attend University from the 16th March, we feel it is unfair, given a lot of us and our parents are out of work, to charge us for this time.
