JCI presents the Universal Declaration of Human Duties for Leaders, empowering young leaders to act based on individual and collective responsibilities.

They serve to strengthen respect for Human Rights and Responsibilities through knowledge and compliance. These articles refer to individuals as well as institutions from all three sectors of society: government, business and civil society. 

We, at JCI, support those who assume the duty to lead their lives and work focused on respect and responsibility for the prosperity of humanity now and in future.
