Amazon uses an algorithm that is faulty in determining whether sellers have associations to other stores that are suspended. Many sellers stores have been shut down because this algorithm throw up flags that are unfounded. Seller lose their livelihood and are no longer able to sell on the Amazon platform. They do this without allowing the Seller to address the issue, keep information from the Seller that would allow the Seller to get to the bottom and the reasons why they are no longer allowed to sell on the Platform.  You are never allowed to speak to anyone or directly address the problem, facts are hidden from the Seller. It leaves the Seller with the feeling like someone came to your brick and mortar store, locked the doors for no reason. Just like that, you're out of business and you don't even know why. There are literally 1000s that have had their stores closed for this very reason. They make claims that "your store has been associated with another store that has been shut down" but no details are ever shared, they hide behind a cloak of automated emails and never provide you with solid facts or details. Its unfair and really heartless to pull peoples livelihood out from under their feet for now reason.

This is inexcusable.  If we do something wrong, then its understandable, but to have your store shut down with no way to address the issue is unfair. We should be able to have a dialog about the accusations at least and have to opportunity to have our store reinstated inf those accusations are proved to be false.
