I am calling for the removal and/or arrest of ALL elected officials, and public servants that have broken their Oath Of Office, or have enforced any unconstitutional order. Any order in place that prohibits the gathering of individuals, such as a stay-at-home order, is Illegal and unconstitutional. Those that have broken their Oath, made before God and the people, shall be removed from their position and arrested and/or fined appropriately. 

Also, those that have lost their careers for standing up for our rights, and keeping their Oath. Should be reinstated.

In no way does an elected official or public servant have the right or the authority to order individuals to stay-at-home. All workers and businesses are essential to the lives and livelihoods of the people involved. It is the right of each individual to choose the best course of action for themselves during this pandemic, as long as they are not actively putting others at massive risk. It is not the right of elected officials. These orders were not voted upon by the American people and did not receive due process. Therefore, these orders are illegal and can not be enforced by law. 

The United States Constitution supersedes any and all laws or orders passed by any branch of government.

Article I of the United States Constitutions reads:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the  Government for a redress of grievances”.

Oath of Office:

”I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United Sates against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservations or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

If you feel as I do (that NOTHING, pandemic or otherwise, gives ANYONE the right to take away your rights, given to you by God, and that those who have betrayed God and the people by undermining our freedoms and their oath of office should meet justice) please sign this petition.
