Expel Roger Marshall From the US Senate

Expel Roger Marshall From the US Senate
The Issue
Newly elected senator, Roger Marshall (R), from Kansas should be expelled from the U.S. Senate based on his seditious conduct to overthrow the government of the United States of America and stand in the way of the peaceful transition of presidential power.
Article I, Section 5, of the United States Constitution provides that "Each House [of Congress] may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member."
Because the citizens of Kansas do not have the power to recall their U.S. Senator it is up to the U.S. Senate to remove members who are unfit for office.
