Laughably, he stole less than a million dollars! And now operates an illegal fundraising scam on Angelist where you can invest in his criminal syndicate!
Meanwhile, the real fraudsters behind Moviepass parent company, Helios and Matheson, got off by paying just $8,250,000 to settle the case and live their lives as though nothing happened, while investors lost over $1 billion! Safely enscounced in India, these fraudsters think they will never have to face American justice! While the class action lawyers got paid a hefty $2.5 million payday for recovering less than a penny of each dollar lost by American investors! The judge who approved the payout to the lawyers is as corrupt as the fraudsters themselves!
But that's the least of it! The financial perpetrators behind the pump and dump scheme, such as Ken Griffin of Citadel Investments and Sander Gerber of Hudson Bay Capital, are already onto their next pump and dump: Bed Bath & Beyond. The management team of Bed Bath & Beyond has also entered into a fraudulent scheme to sell stock at below market prices to these vulture hedge funds, so they can immediately dump it on the market the same day! The same scheme they did with Moviepass parent company, Helios and Matheson!
These financial fraudsters are more powerful than ever, with fake news media outlets continuing to burnish the reputations of Mitch Lowe promoting his new book, with puff pieces on the "lessons" Mitch "The Con Artist" Lowe learned from defrauding more than 100,000 investors!
