My family and I are looking for the Navy to Court Martial,  John R. Nettleton and charge him with homicide related to the death of my brother Christopher Tur.  Further we want him stripped of his retirement benefits. We are calling on Navy officials, Acting Secretary of the Navy,  to James E. McPherson do the correct thing and set an example to all Navy Captains,  that this outrageous and deadly behavior will not be tolerated.
