We salute the flag of the United States of America and the Republic for which it stands. The Founders created a republic, and republics throughout history have always depended on citizen duty and public participation.

John Kennedy’s (JFK) call to do something for our country and Barack Obama’s insistence that we “seize gladly” performance of our duties to our nation come directly out of that ancient heritage.

This is not a liberal nor a conservative idea. Duty is a patriotic idea, an idea that extends well beyond military service in wartime. It includes paying reasonable taxes for demanded public services. It includes commitment to the “noble ideal” of equality and justice for all, usually described as America’s promise. President Obama simply reminds us that we live in a republic that insists that we earn our rights by performance of our duties. All political parties aside there are certain understandings across the political field that will never change. Although misunderstood, as on the California State flag. It is very apparent the condition of our country America. We are at crossroads once again. Drafting this from California, I see now what will be in your and your neighbor's front yard in the near future. Within the long amount of years I've lived on the “front line” I have known and witnessed a lot of the illegal immigrants. Some good and some bad. For example someone I know of was arrested for his fourth DUI. He had killed another person in a car accident. When he returned from Court he was asked “how did it go” He responded with “Im getting deported” everyone responded with “ I bet thats a bummer” He then said “No I'll be back in 24 hours”. One other thing not so clearly apparent is based on religious beliefs, birth control pills and other pregnancy prevention are not used. One out of five child births here in America are to Illegal immigrants. What comes along with that is the parents of one of the two, usually take the duty of raising the child(ren). Which commonly is an added expense outside the parents economy. Causing more help required through social programs, food stamps, health care etc.. Which drives down the value of the dollar and adds more deficit to the National debt. I have many friends of all races but in no way can a National budget be balanced without knowing the amount of people in the nation. So when these illegal immigrants don't cross at the border port it makes that task virtually impossible. Plus several states now have equipment and contract with ERAD group. Again not apparent but happening here now, if a California Highway Patrol officer or a Oklahoma State Police Officer (+other states) pulls you over, or approaches you with only judgement upon themselves in any way view, hear, smell, feel that your involved in criminal activity they now have the ability to take your debit card, and scan it. Which will remove all funds in your accounts ERAD gets 7%.

Here is an example of a unfortunate and preventable experience that involves me, being taken against my will, held hostage for money. My property stolen and held until I paid them a large sum of money in order to get my property back. As well as unfair and un-Constitutional treatment here in America. All of this had recently happened to me and (I pray not) could happen to any of you. I have lived next to a U.S. Air Force Base for 15 years, here in California. One day Close to Independence Day in 2018. Not long after picking up a co-worker/friend on the way to work. I pulled up and came to a stop, behind three other cars at a stop signal. A law enforcement  officer turned onto the street we were on, although he was going the opposite direction. As the officer was turning slowly he was staring really hard at me and my co-worker. Neither me or my co-worker new or recognized the officer. There were three cars stopped behind us. The officer drove to the back of the row of cars that I was in. He turned on his emergency lights, drove over the median then stopped behind the last car. After a couple of seconds he turned on his emergency lights again then passing all three cars. The officer drove the police car halfway on street and halfway on median as passing the cars behind us followed by the officer turning off the emergency lights and pulled up behind us. The officer then followed us .5 miles then again turned on the emergency lights this time to pull us over. After having us wait eight minutes. The Officer approached and asked for license, registration and insurance. After providing the officer with my documentation he requested. The officer asked me if I would mind if they searched my automobile. I replied with are you suspicious of us for something. Due to the officers grimace expression I had weakened and said no that's fine go ahead. Unexpectedly they handcuffed me and my co-worker and put us, in the back of the police car. After asking if we were under arrest. They said they were handcuffing us and putting us in the officer's car  “for their and my safety”. After about 30 minutes while they searched my automobile the officers returned with the miniature novelty bat, from a major league baseball game. The officer asked what it was used for? I replied to hold up the drivers side window due to the power window regulator/ mechanism no longer working, It was removed. The officer then asked if its used for anything else while swinging it into his hand expressing something physical. I said no he responded with a questionable look on his face. I said well I don't know maybe for self defense if someone tried carjacking my ride.

The police then arrested me and booked me in to the jail with a felony charge "billy club" P.C. 22210 and $60,000 dollar bail.

The officer claimed grounds for the arrest and conviction due to a prior case, when Junior senator Kamala Harris was acting as Attorney General of California. After Kamala Harris won that case in the California Appellate Court 5th. Now Anyone can be arrested for a felony charge for having access (within reach) to a weapon, (with using common sense it can be any material thing).

 I didn't have the ability to bail out at that amount. I was very upset how I was just treated and jailed for a felony, I have never, in just shy of 50 years, had a felony. All of this because I had a miniature novelty bat from a major league baseball game in my automobile. It felt like a dream, unreal. After being booked into jail. I had started calling our politicians for help with this, this ridiculous billy club charge I called On the telephone.

I had called all these politicians multiple times. Not one of them accepted a call from me except California Assemblywoman Monique Limons staff whom I spoke with several times. (She promised that I would receive something in the mail. Which never arrived).

So I ended up sitting in jail for five days before I was taken to court. When they finally took me to court I was able to explain my roots here and the Judge reduced the bail. Since it was reduced to an affordable amount and with a bondsman I was able to bail out of jail. The jail was nice as well  and waited until about 1:00 am to release me. Luckily in the room people are released into, before leaving the building there sat a religious man offering a snack and/or coffee to help keep the night chill away. With zero religious pressure and only his kindness, thank you. I then hiked to the impound yard almost eight miles away, to get my automobile out of impound. I had to wait the rest of the early morning, until the impound yard opened for business. The impound yard/tow company had charged me $1,700 to get my automobile out of impound.

  When I finally got home. I was dirty, tired and felt like my rights were walked on and they were violated. After sleeping for a while and getting refreshed. I woke up and cleaned up very determined to get ahold of a good lawyer and  our politicians to inform them and to help them with change. I had started with Representative Nancy Pelosi (whom is upset Donald Trump won because she lead the campaigns for former California governor Jerry Brown when he ran for President three times) after hearing the choices on her phone line I chose #3 talk to staff. One of her staffs voice answered “hello can I help you” before I could finish saying  “hello” back they had transferred me to Rep. Nancy Pelosi's voicemail. Which most often (as other politicians) was full and couldn't accept any more messages. This went on several times a day and about three or four days a week for approximately 5-6 months. No matter what said Representative Nancy Pelosi's staff would transfer me to her voicemail. Every time and very frustrating. Not one of the calls (close to 100 times) were returned either. Not one letter (out of 12) was responded to. Because of that kind of treatment and belittling, plus her un-professionalism as well as her blatant disregard for me an American, a voter and her disregard of other fellow Americans and our organic founding documents. The Declaration of Independence , The united States of America Constitution. It is very LOUD and CLEAR which voters she respects (please view how California's last election was stolen by Ballot harvesting and aaw/illegal aliens, who were given drivers licenses SB 976 and registered to vote.)

U.S. Representative Nancy Pelosi is not fit to be a leader of leaders, As the Speaker of the House. Ninety-nine percent of the actions (some unlawful)  here in California. With forethought, planning and executing to walk all over, jail and/or chase out of the state good Americans and this was done so by a couple of handfuls of politicians including Jerry Brown, Alex Padilla, Xavier Becerra, Kevin De Leon,  It is very obvious she is uneducated and inexperienced in negotiating. The shadow of Freedom, America has left and the opportunity should be open to others.  But thats when America is in a condition to extend that gift to others. Viewing the national debt accrued by the installation and use of the central bank system, aka Federal Reserve Bank which is as foreign to the federal government as federal express is. In other words privately owned and operated by a group of private individuals (carbal) and I believe are also whom U.S. Representative Nancy Pelosi serves as other politicians serve as well. She definitely does not serve the public. With Nancy Pelosi, other pocket politicians and her base offering the American Dream to others even when our country is in such despair, unsafe communities broken schools and she shows the love and care she has for others from Mexico, Honduras or from any other country. While lacking to have love or care for Americans whether the immigrants are here legally or not . So because of the aforementioned, and because she is and has with forethought and malice is inserting into our country, exactly what our pledge of allegiance says we are not. Which is indivisible!! Well from what I've seen far and wide across our Great Country America is its divided with the main drive being from her and her basket of politicians. Along with her teenage type demeanor with the U.S. President and her recent refusals to show up at the bargaining table several times. While being spoiled in Hawaii at the expense of the remaining electrical companies that were not driven in to 58 billion dollar bankruptcy as PG and E were. Nor the luxury convention in Puerto Rico which is partially sponsored by Verizon the main force behind the installation and implementation of the (Drastically Unhealthy goto Emergency Alert on change.org) 5G cellular network. U.S. Representative Nancy Pelosi has shown and proven that there should and drastically needs to be drafted and placed into Law “TERM LIMITS” for U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators the forefathers of this land never planned or desired careers to be made out of these seats but rather public servant positions that give every American the opportunity to serve our country, then return back to their life.

  Now I want to insert here what I've learned of this charge and that penal code PC 22210. As of February 09, 2018 In the case People vs.Corey Baugh. When the Attorney General, Kamala Harris. Who is in the ballot for 2020 presidential election. Had stringently wanted this prepared, arranged and argued to win. Once won at that level of Courts. It will stay case law until another similar case is decided in a higher court. Now ( here in California) anyone who has access to a “weapon” (which can be anything) can be arrested and jailed for a felony or misdemeanor charge. This case alone should tell you Ms. Harris has no care for the Constitution of the united States of America, of which she took an oath to uphold. Just by directing (via filings) the Judge to view only past court decisions and those judges particular view and understanding of the Constitution.

Here is a small bit of Kamala Harris and her rigid style and lack of common law as well as lacking human care (especially men) on her quest and hunger for more power and control.

Her entry into the presidential race follows candidacy announcements from fellow senators Elizabeth Warren and Kirsten Gillibrand, marking the first time in U.S. history that three women senators will run for a party's presidential nomination at the same time. Here are some of the business-related issues Harris has fought for during her political career.

Everything Ms. Harris says as she preens and grandstands has to be run through the “I’m hoping to be President one day” filter. Also another thing to keep and take into account is when her name isn't being tossed around in the media. How Kamala Harris will simultaneously to her grandstanding she will demean and accuse our current President of multiple baseless, fake, accusations with no foundation as well as supporting at least, if not fully a participant. When Hillary hijacked the Democratic National Committee. Her disrespect to the U.S. President seat and position of our federal government.

And in this desperate attempt at a little resume-packing, Kamala Harris goes out of her way to be as insufferable and obnoxious as humanly possible.

Although not completely bad. She did have to do a couple of good things in order to sell herself to more and more people as the small fishes pond gets bigger and bigger.

There was her bruising questioning of U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions during a hearing on Russian election meddling, her verbal flaying of CIA Director Gina Haspel over the morality of torture, and her interrogation of Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh, which went viral multiple times over.

We Americans almost always stick together when their is threat to our Freedom, I'm confident it is apparent to almost all Americans that our Freedom has been filleted and chopped into pieces and being sold piece by piece to lobbyist, corporations, and billionaires. Now near the full extinction of the middle class, I believe the lower class is within their sites for extinction next, and unless your bank account has at least $500 million your lower class to them. So please Americans research your politicians, vote with knowledge and know how, vote from your conscious not from a party, and Stand Tall with American Patriotism and Pride.
