Well as you all know the sign has been up for months now. Although I have seen many crashes at or around the same site. I wonder when the MDPW will do to prevent this tragedy again ??? It makes me lose hope but I know that Joshua is an angel now and that brightens my thoughts sometimes..... I would like to thank Joshua friends for always checking on the sign and keeping it nice and candles lit. Joshua will never fade. Long Live Chiko Josh.
