We are requesting a complete investigation into the Criminal Court system in Lincoln County Missouri with specific review of the Elizabeth "Betsy" Faria Murder case. We are requesting an independent third party come in and investigate the corruption and conspiracy to convict Russ Faria of the murder by withholding evidence, perjury by Detectives, improper relationships and possible bribery. We are requesting a complete review of the court system, the sheriffs department the prosecutors office and the Juvenile office for improper activities.  We are requesting a new investigation to find the murderer of Elizabeth Betsy Faria independent of Lincoln County authorities.
