Crazy Lincoln County Sheriff Cottle. A Sheriff who hides and hinders prosecution of a murder suspect belongs in prison. Sheriff Cottle and Preston Caruso endangered the public, the victims family and law enforcement. Russell Woods is a dangerous killer. The next question we have to ask ourselves is why would Sheriff Cottle and his men and Judge Patrick S. Flynn  go to such extreme lengths to protect a killer?  Remember Judge Flynn let the killer out for less actual cash than he requires on misdemeanors. What does Russell Woods know about Judge Flynn and Sheriff Cottle? Kmov reported that Russell Woods negotiated his surrender to St. Charles County jail instead of Lincoln County jail, was Russell Woods in fear of his life from those he has information regarding? What is really going on here?  Brian Fredde's family deserves justice. This is also more evidence of how corrupt and incompetent Sheriff Cottle is and why we have to get him out of office. Thank God for Mike Wood and his team fighting corruption and for justice for all of Lincoln County's citizens!

PS Why Can't Sheriff Cottle speak for himself? Why is a small county like Lincoln County paying a moron like Andy Binder to be its spokesmen? More wasteful spending on a spokesmen who makes the county look like a bunch of hillbillies.
