Sheriff John Cottle has been sued again for Withholding insulin to a Severe Diabetic in the Lincoln Co Jail for his sadistic satisfaction.  This is attempted murder and the liability for his actions falls once again on the taxpayers. Sheriff Cottle has been accused of a litany of abuses while Sheriff in this jail.  

This week we learned that Sheriff John Cottle and Officer Preston Caruso tipped off a murder suspect that there was a warrant for his arrest. https://www.facebook.com/.../a.259454.../460827484822622/ We wonder what Russell Woods has on Judge Flynn, Sheriff John Cottle and Preston Caruso. Could it have something to do with certain meth dealers who are never arrested? Ask yourself what is really going on here?

We know from witness testimony that Sheriff John Cottle is depriving prisoners of adequate nutrition opting instead to buy margarita mix with the jail food budget. We wonder what Sheriff Cottle is doing with the insulin, is he selling it on the black market? What other possible gain could it be other than cruelty and sadistic satisfaction if he is not selling the insulin. Either option is deplorable and unacceptable from a representative of law enforcement let alone the Sheriff.

Sheriff Cottle has also been sued for falsifying Warrants, sexual harassment, illegal spying on Leah Wommack Chaney's first husband  and wrongful death.  

The moral Depravity of Sheriff John Cottle and the financial liability on the taxpayers for his at very least reckless criminal behavior must be stopped.
