See for yourself Leah Askey now known as Leah Chaney signed affidavit 5120 to run for Lincoln County Prosecutor that she owed no Missouri state income taxes. You may recall that Leah Chaney is the same prosecutor who is being sued for fabricating evidence against Russ Faria! We have obtained and confirmed the quarterly issued statement from the Missouri Department of Revenue showing that Leah Askey aka Leah Chaney did in fact owe state income taxes at the time of her filing to run for office. That in fact she owed income taxes from 2011. That these taxes remain outstanding and owing. That her x spouse John "Chris" Askey has since the issuing of this statement been declared to be an innocent spouse and released from liability from the pending tax bill. Leaving the sole party liable for this 2011 Tax bill to be that of Leah Chaney. That Leah Chaney also has an outstanding federal income tax bill of approximately $20k. How does someone who makes over $11,000. a month from the taxpayer not pay there income taxes? Someone who thinks they do not have to follow the law or the rules! In our opinion it does not get any clearer than these two actual documents. Leah not only is not eligible to run for Lincoln County Prosecuting attorney. She committed on its face Felony Perjury in order to attempt to run without meeting the legal requirements for her office. As such Leah Askey aka Leah Chaney or whatever name she is using today must be removed from the race of Lincoln County Prosecuting Attorney. We also call For Leah Chaney's immediate Resignation from the Lincoln County Prosecutors office as Perjury is a felony. We are told that Leah Chaney is under investigation for serious campaign finance violations as well.
