Lincoln County Journal calls Cynthia Davenport a prominent local attorney. When your fingers do the walking you will find her after Malpractice but before Patent attorneys under Nefarious Missouri attorneys. Which means patently wicked or impious. Ms. Davenport is also the Troy Missouri City prosecuting attorney and friends with Leah Askey of the Russ Faria framing fame. We have discovered since our last posting via the court pleadings that Ms. Davenport attacked her former client at a New Years eve party at the Lake in Camden County for which she was sued and the Jury awarded her victim Tim Kramer $50k including punitive damages. Get this it was a completely unprovoked attacked using both hands. Ms Davenport also has criminal charges pending out of Camden County for assault in regards to the attack. Cindy Davenport is Leah Askey's bestie and drinking buddy. Leah Askey the Russ Faria prosecutor was with Cindy the night Cindy battered her former client. Leah also called as a witness to testify. Where she testified she was too drunk to remember how she arrived or how she left but at another point testified it was a cute car. We are also informed that Ms. Davenport serves as the City of Troy's, City of Hawk Point and City of Moscow Mills prosecuting attorney and City Attorney. How is it possible that after she is charged with an attack on a former client? Her only defense is that I did not know he was a former client. How is she still practicing law much less acting as a prosecutor. We contacted the Missouri Bar to determine if Ms. Davenport's unprovoked attack on her former client was being investigated. They refused to comment. This is how crazy the OCDC is for crooked lawyers. They let them wreck havoc on the people without any action just like the situation with Leah Askey. What has to happen before they remove these nutcases. Concrete evidence of illegal surveillance (a felony) by Leah Askey was submitted to the OCDC months ago. Nothing has happened. The problem is not just one nutty attorney in Lincoln County. The Lincoln County incrowd attorneys are all a danger to the community. What has become clear is that we need a whole new system for removal of legal professionals for criminal and unethical actions. OCDC is clearly not functioning properly. If OCDC is not going to remove Leah Askey for felony illegal surveillance and Cynthia Davenport for attacking her former client whom she malpracticed. Then they are not policing their own and a new supervising agency must be created. Prosecuting attorneys have the power to destroy innocent lives as we have witnessed. Both Davenport and Askey act as prosecuting attorneys but with no supervision or restraints on their criminal and unethical activity.
