We have long contended Lincoln Counties favorite method of coaching child witness' is putting them into medical straight jackets so they are easily pliable and coached in the court room. We have witnessed this personally multiple times and the child on the stand appears dazed, out of it and glassy eyed. It appears putting children into medical straight jackets using anti psychotropic drugs is a state wide phenomena. We saw this in the Wilkerson case. Lincoln County juvenile and Division of Families Services use brain washing, rewards and over medicating so they can get the desired results they need to collect that Federal Safe Families Act cash off the children they snatch, brainwash and coach. They alienate children from their families. It is well documented the use of anti-psychotropic drugs in children leads to long term illegal drug abuse. The Juvenile office and DFS care nothing about how their actions impact the snatched children in the future. It is all about collecting the almighty dollar. Lincoln County authorities are the child abusers. A careful study of what happens to the children after the federal money runs out is shocking. We have been in contact with a young homeless former foster child from Lincoln County. The sheriff threatened her with jail if she did not leave Lincoln County. The girl now has no family. Her parents are court ordered to have no contact with her. She has no support system and is addicted to prescription drugs. She was pushed to the curb like the household trash by the Lincoln County juvenile office and DFS office. We would like to see an accounting of the money they collected off her back from the federal government and how it was distributed. It is obvious she received absolutely zero help from the authorities with the money allocated for her care. We have to ask ourselves is a spanking over stealing another child's inhaler or playing with matches and setting a fire worth the lifetime of nothing that DFS and Lincoln County Juvenile office has left these young adults with? We have also been in touch with a young women who became pregnant by a 30 year old man while living at a foster families house. When it was discovered she was allowed to “date” this 30 year old man at age 15 by the foster family, she was suddenly released from care. The Clinton Safe Families Act must be overturned as it puts a price on the head of every child in America making them targets for human trafficking by County and state governments. Call you congress persons now and demand an immediate end to this law that destroys families and children.
