We have sad news that the Eastern District Court affirmed the Thomas Wilkerson case out of Lincoln County. As you may recall Tom Wilkerson was sentenced to 23 years in maximum security prison for a 4 swat spanking he could not have given and for telling his children to “tell the truth.” This is essentially a life sentence since Tom Wilkerson is 62 and he must serve 100% of his sentence despite being a first time offender. We are without words to express our disgust and outrage. There are other options, and they are being aggressively pursued. We will continue our support of Tom Wilkerson and to hold accountable the crooked officials and the Justice system which vehemently shields them no matter their crime. We will continue to expose the hypocrites and the corruption in the Lincoln County government. We will be moving up the food chain shortly with new information about the people who are supposed to hold Leah Askey and the rest of the court crime syndicate accountable for wrong doing. Ask yourself , how long can we continue to support a legal system that jails a fifth of the American population. Consequently then a population once released that won’t be able to earn a living wage due to being blackballed by a permanent record. in 2008 the United States had around 24.7% of the world's 9.8 million prisoners.[6][7][8] Despite only having a small fraction of the world’s population. We have more people in prison than all other western first world countries combined. Too many American lawyers, prosecutors and Judges are entrenched in the profiteering, peasant class creating, and enslavement of innocent and or those not deserving of such harsh sentences. Their criminal creations by the "baker's dozen" helps propagate the illusion for the need for more of the other bottom feeders who live off of creating misery: police, juvenile officers, social workers and guardian ad litems. If you tell people they are surrounded by criminals and then you hire someone from that group and tell them to bring me the criminals or you won’t have a job, guess what’s going to happen? There have been many studies that have proven that people will do what they know is ethically wrong under any number of stress’ or environments that shield them from actual consequences from their own wrongful actions.(see the Milgram experiment and obedience to authority figures) In other words: we have created such a system and we are accepting it when we shouldn’t. The criminalization of family discipline and the over exaggeration of the actual punishment is classic criminalization of everyday family life. Of course these appellant judges will cover for likeminded thieves. They are all on the tit of prison for profit. What we need is a complete overthrow of the United States Judicial system. It is based on a failed, arcane concept from a period when there were feudal Lords not a free and open society. The United States will continue its rapid decline into the abyss until we start a new legal system that does not incarcerate a fifth of the US population. The tax money for health care, schools and infrastructure is being wasted on the police incarceration state as well as the “legal professionals” who bring Americans nothing but MISERY. These corporate rain makers for prison for profit have destroyed American life. We see abandoned towns and cities across the country. Where did everybody go? We go on vacation and the pools are empty. The people are all in jail for the Clinton Day rate for the oligarchs, the feudal Lords and their court henchmen. The time is now to rid our country of the plague that surrounds it. We will leave for another day the parasitic civil law issues with malpractice suits and personal injury but they to have contributed to the destruction of our country. We need to change over from the Common law of ancient England and move to a real justice system that does not feed parasites. We need a justice system that punishes offenders in a reasonable fashion. One that does not make human beings less than animals for minor offenses in Les Miserable squalor to feed the aristocracy. We will continue to resist these monsters using all legal means available until there is none of us left to resist or we defeat them.
