In addition to Citizens to Stop Lincoln Counties formal complaint pending against Judge Christina Kunza Mennemeyer, the Lincoln County Commission is set to file a complaint with the Judicial Commission by and through the Lincoln County Attorney. As the lawsuits against the Lincoln County Courts judges Prosecutor and sheriff continue to pile up the Commission felt compelled to act to stop the perpetrators of abuse on the people. It is a good start towards cleaning the Lincoln County Courthouse out! The whole bunch needs to go and the Judicial Commission and the Missouri bar needs to set up a completely new system. Reviewing all old court files and throwing out the prosecutions that have no basis in fact or law. A Citizens Review Board independent of the in power people must also be put in place to make sure what is going on now never happens again!
