Which is startling considering the US has more people in jail that any country in history including Nazi Germany at the height of World War II. The 45th Judicial Circuit is stunning in the way it treats citizens. Now ask yourself Why is that? Follow the money and you will see it is not crime but a way to make money for the real criminals who are running Missouri's Judicial System. Follow the money. You will notice some striking similarities between Dearborn County Indiana and Lincoln County Missouri. The new jail and court house, for the ever expanding system to lock more people up for crimes most are innocent of and are overprosecuted minor crimes. This is also done to accommodate Lincoln Counties Debtor Prison for those who can not pay their absurd fines and those framed for child abuse for their child trafficking scam. Obviously some people belong in jail (like Pam Hupp and her accomplices after the fact). However, those are not the people they are sending to jail. It is people with no access to counsel and no resources to access them. Lincoln County routinely denies public defender services especially if you can borrow money for a bond. It is disgusting! The same families work both sides of the table. For instance one family acts as a Judge, Assistant prosecutor and even a defense attorney. Attorneys from outside of Lincoln County will tell you they are not treated with respect. Some are prosecuted to limit competition. A recent review with an informant led us to some startling information about the Lincoln County Judicial system Cash Cow. . Lincoln County is more corrupt than ever. The Lincoln County authorities are sadists. In jail they charge the poorest of the poor for a plastic cup if they want a drink of water $5 bucks for the cup, $6 a minute to call your lawyer or any other person they listen in to lawyer calls in violation of the US Constitution, they black out all sunlight on the windows so prisoners get no sunlight whatsoever. Mentally ill prisoners are denied their medication on the whim of "Nurse ratchet" or for punishment or when they have upcoming court so they are disruptive and can be held longer for the county to get more cash coming in from the state and the feds. People are held in the Lincoln County jail because even if they can post bond and pay the $9 bucks a day for in home arrest (ankle bracelet) Lincoln County adds another $60 day fee onto that for no reason whatsoever. Whatever an accused post as bond better right it off because Lincoln County will find some way to keep every single penny of it regardless of how outrageous the itemized charges for services seem. We hear from people everyday who have lost everything they own because Lincoln County has made them a slave for some minor misdemeanor violation. Most are working poor people. It is disgusting. It is all to keep the entitled families in their lavish lifestyles. Lincoln County needs an independent audit and a forensic accounting into the companies they contract with. They all lead back to the same people. It is not punishment that they are dolling out It is extortion. As always warn everyone what is going on in Lincoln County.
