This is one of the most common methods Lincoln County employees to convict innocent people. They coach the witnesses regarding what they want to hear in and out of the court room. I personally witnessed a victims advocate sit in the back of the court room and coach two witnesses on how to answer each question. The victims advocate would nod their head yes or no as to how the witness should answer. I have heard from hundreds of others. Lincoln County frequently gets involved in custody disputes and creates a situation where they take one parents side over the others. They then coach children and even young adults about what they want to hear. They then create criminal charges from the disputes. The charges in the Russ Faria murder from the coached witnesses were more substantial but with the same results. May times children are desired by friends of the Lincoln County entitled families or their friends who are infertile or have some "Christian" desire/obsession to adopt. The children are selected from the community than false allegations of abuse are created. The children are removed from the parents care and place with the "foster parents" The parents are then charged and jailed until they agree to the children being adopted. Then the foster parents become the adoptive parents. Lincoln County then collects up to $250k per child from the federal Safe Families Act monies with a $10k bonus for a stranger adoption. If the real parents refuse to sign they hold them in jail till they have been deemed unfit. Lincoln County Judicial System operates like one big criminal syndicate for the benefit of a few at the expense of everyone else. Russ Faria is the tip of the iceberg. Under G.John Richards the former prosecutor who died mysteriously after being investigation and his wife who was head of the Child protective services more children were sold in Lincoln County than anywhere in the state for Safe Families Act monies. Anyone who stood up to them or tried to defend the innocent parents were charged with child abuse themselves. The corruption in Lincoln County is at epidemic proportions. The money trail leads to the same people over and over again. In the coming weeks we will be examining who is profiting from the money not only from Child Protective services but from the extortion and theft going on in the jail and in the court. You see the same families who were slave traders generations before are still human trafficking instead of at the slavemarket it is inside the courtroom, behind closed doors in a sealed juvenile matter.
