You may remember Michael Corbin he was one of Russ Faria's friends. Russ was with Michael Corbin and three other friends the night of the murder. Leah Askey said Michael Corbin was a co-conspirator for the murder at the trial of Betsy Faria. This absurd lie was repeated in the media. This allegation had no basis in fact. Askey refused to state the same thing outside the courtroom because she could have been sued for it. Michael Corbin stood up for himself against Askey and the Lincoln County corruption machine. We already shared in another update the letter from Glenda, Leah Askey's mother that was sent to the Lincoln County Prosecuting Attorney's office questioning Leah's stability due to ongoing concerns about alcohol. Apparently, Leah Askey's Mom Glenda did not appreciate the truth. This is Michael Corbin's response to Glenda's complaint. It is priceless! As a side Note, We at Citizens to Stop Lincoln County Corruption are very concerned about Askey's alleged drinking problem and the safety of her minor children. Why would Glenda and the father of the children allow them to remain in Askey's custody with such a serious drinking problem? I am sure Lincoln County Division of Child Protective Services could find a suitable buyer cough cough we mean adoptive parent for the children. If the father and the grandparents are unwilling or unable to protect them from such an unstable parent. We fear with all this focus on Leah Askey's volatile behavior the children may bear the brunt of her wrath.
