Lincoln County, Missouri the heart of the Little Dixie has long been known for its abuse of poor people. From the late 1800s to the 1940s it was the capital of lynching in Missouri . Many of the old slave owners descendants known for brutality with sharecroppers and slaves descendants now run the County Government. Cruelty and brutality are in their DNA. They believe they should be served at the expense of the masses as part of their entitlement syndrome that dates back generations. The remote location of the County has allowed the abuses of the people to go unchecked. As populations have moved farther and farther out from the St. Louis Urban Core they have become less remote but the Injustice there continues today just in a different form with the same brutal results. The Sheriff’s Department, the Prosecutor and the Judges conspire to deprive poor people of their Basic Constitutional Rights to a fair Trial, appointment of counsel, right to raise their own children and Equal Protection and Due process. They railroad political adversaries and those who oppose the dynastical social order. Framing Russ Faria (someone from outside the area having just been there a year or so) after his wives murder is very stereotypical of their actions. Some call it negligence. It was not negligent it was evil. Criminal prosecutions bring in federal dollars. Many of you may or may not know the history of Lincoln County which was the heart of Missouri's Little Dixie. In the 1800s it was the heart of Missouri's slave trade. After emancipation at the turn of the century it was called Blood Land. This was because the blood of the poor whites and blacks covered it from the cruelty of the controlling families. The descendants of those families control the Lincoln County Missouri Government and court system today. Back in the day they were known for lynching political adversaries or anyone who crossed them. They then would cut out their body parts for souvenirs and then drag them through the streets till it was just their bones. The Police would then hang what was left at the county line. Blood land came from the trail of blood that was left after their "justice time". It was heart of the Little Dixie and their remote location helped them get by with their human rights abuses. Leah Wommack Askey the current prosecutor and one of the key players in the framing of Russ Faria has her own connection to the racist past of Lincoln County. For the record, her grandpappy was charged with First Degree Murder. Here is a mention in the June 4, 1990 St. Louis Post Dispatch: "TROY, Mo. A 91-year-old retired farmer from Lincoln County, described by his family as a gentle man who recites poetry, eats picnic lunches with his granddaughter and loves to talk about baseball, has been charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of a companion. Glen Barley, who relatives say has lived his entire life on the same 200-acre farm where he was born just west of Troy, Mo., was in the Lincoln County Jail on Sunday. He was charged in the shotgun killing of James E. Dot-son" Dotson was his hired caretaker. James Dotsons body was found on the floor of Glen Barley's house, dead from shotgun wound(s). This was only discovered after Glen Barley had driven his truck into town, covered in blood and nearly crashed through the front of the LCSD front doors. He said that he had "killed all the n***rs". The LCSD sent an officer to his house and found Dotson, his black hired caretaker dead on the floor and the apparent murder weapon, an antique open-hammer double-barrel shotgun. Leah mentions in the article below that she didn't like the way her Grandfather was treated. Terrifying that someone that holds as much power as a prosecutor would think a racist murderer is oppressed? Did Leah Wommack Askey having been raised in Lincoln County as part of the entitlement crowd feel any remorse as she framed Russ Faria with a brown bag of cash from a serial killer or was it just a Family Tradition? Leah Askey your greed and ambition cost Russ Faria 4 1/2 years of his life and cost two people maybe more their lives not to mention the hundreds maybe thousands of other people you may have framed! Lincoln County is remote no more the whole world is watching. When Bullies rise up to crush Human and Constitutional rights, we all have a duty to stand up to them regardless of the Cost! We Demand Leah Askey Resign. We further demand the United States Justice Department Investigate Leah Askey and take over the Lincoln County Court, Jail, Juvenile office and Sheriff Department and restore a normal functioning justice system. The list of slave owners reveals that Askey's Grandparents and relatives on both sides held a substantial amount of slaves during the period before the end of the civil war. That the entitlement of the slave owner is an attitude that has passed from generation to generation. That the entitled classes have leached off the people for generations. That it goes back to slavery. They feel they are entitled to be served at the expense of everyone else. No group of persons should be able to syphon off another persons wages because they want to live a lavish lifestyle and not work. I am telling you that this is exactly what is going on with the Lincoln County in Crowd. They frame and extort money from people who are not in their crowd. They frame and extort money from their political adversaries and new people who move into the county to hold their grip on power. Someone who is convicted of a felony can not vote them out. When you have a judge stand in open court and tell a defendant that she can do whatever she wants because the defendant has no money to appeal. When a prosecutor has improper relationships, coaches witnesses, withholds evidence and even has possibly accepted a bribe and the presiding Judge does not remove them. There is a problem. The entitlement these families started to receive from slavery is the same. It is just in a different form. Many people want to bury the truth and continue with their lavish lifestyles living off the hard work of others. The Truth is it has to stop. Pay your own way. Do your own work and receive the benefit of it. The leeches of Lincoln County have to be stopped. It has been going on for generations. These people pass their entitlement from one generation to the other and they are very clique and protect the group and their freeloading operation at all cost.
