Only Tattoo, Body Piercing and Permanent Cosmetics had NO change moving into Phase 3.  This is a joke.  We as professionals in this industry understand contamination, cross contamination, barriers, CPR and First Aid, blood borne pathogens and the 5 portholes of entry - because at the end of the day, I am the most likely to be exposed or infected with whatever the client has.  So we take precautionary measures at all times to ensure everyone's safety.  

Furthermore, we are not allowed to have visitors or a client waiting area.  ONLY Tattoo Shops are being forced to enforce this "rule".  STOP THE DISCRIMINATION AND OPEN UP TATTOO SHOPS WITHOUT STIPULATIONS besides temperature checking, facial protection, hand washing by each visitor as well as a Health Form to be Completed by each client.
