My name is Gretter, I am starting this petition as my last resort. In 2016 we moved in an apartment wich had water damage and mold,at that time I did not know the health hazard. My daughter was 4 months at that time, a healthy and  happy little girl. In 2017 we moved in the apartment in the second floor wich had again water damage, water would come inside when raining and the walls literally opened up because of that, that's when me and her started to get sick more often,we got to the point that there was not a day we were feeling good. My daughter had recurrent colds, black under eyes, vomiting, nose bleeds, balance problems and many other symptoms. I started loosing my memory, panic attacks, anxiety, recurrent colds, eye redness and more. I got pregnant with my son and as soon he got home after a week he develop eye infections, eczemas, vomiting,extreme urination,spasms. From middle 2017 my daughter started having weird behaviors as knocking her head, extreme crying, from eating she has started refusing food,ocd, tics, hallucinations and flares( wich are no tantrums) they last up to 2 hours and they are accompanied by tics and repetitive words and there is no consolation. She also develop absense that last up to 3 minutes and many other problems. Me and my husband found out the apartment had mold, ceiling was cracking for the humidity, ac was completely fill of mold and not much later a wall in my daughter's bedroom collapsed because of the water, and we found out there was toxic mold.

We requested many times to the landlord to check and never put any effort, we even got a 3 days notice because I let him know he had 7 days to at least put some effort on fixing the problems.

Code enforcement was also informed.

My daughter is only 3 and she has been sick for 2 years and a half, my son is 9 months and everybody have an excuse for each symptom. I have been in an extreme amount of doctors,specialist and ER for them  and no one has ever lissen, she has taken at least 12 rounds of antibiotics or steroid, never helped, she can't handle this anymore, they are innocent, they both deserve to be helped and listened and not laugh in the face or take jokes from neurologist, myself I was a healty woman, I am only 29 and never had a health problem in my life,now I have seizure/epilepsy, anxiety , panick attacks and cronic pains. We have tried to call Tallahassee, universities,news, health department, UNICEF, red cross and nothing.

Some Health agency has to help us and recognize that we have been suffering already for a long time.

I expect that we recive the right diagnosis and the right treatment, my daughter got diagnosed wrong many times. No one should go trough this. I am speacking  for the many people I found in this time that are also suffering for this topic that is so controversial but also so real. Many families as me don't  have the money to keep paying out of pocket and not receiving care. We know already my daughter has PANS but no one wants to diagnose her and she is probably in need of IVIG wich is not covered by many doctors PANS literate also she has high mycotoxins in urine, wich no one care. My son no one has cared. I am taking anti epileptic medicines and that's it. 

So I ask to the United State Department of Health to take responsibility of what is going on and make this public so we may have just a little of health and  happiness back.
