Seven justices declared it was "Unconstitutional" for people to get a health care expansion, which would cover most medical problems for adults we face today. E.I. Dental, Eyecare, and Cosmetic. All of which have very necessary reasons to be covered given the financial deposition we're facing today. They claim it's unrealistic for us to expect full coverage for Health Care. Since when has the constitution stated that The People shouldn't have proper health care coverage or any extension therein? So, I'm petitioning for Reformation of the Medicaid statute of limitations for better health care coverage and basic needs assessment. The primary source of funding comes from our states paying for our coverage which comes from federal funding. So if we want to change this each state must work together with the federal government for reformation of this very flawed and unfair system.
I hope that anyone who supports our cause and the needs of our people will sign this petition and help us make this great and necessary change to the system that we rely on. The reason I want this change, As i'm sure many will agree, is because my health is poor. Who wants to have teeth falling out of their mouth with the increased risk of infection? Who wants to drive down the road half-blind with no way to see the road only to be pulled over and charged a massive fine on top of already paying for the health coverage that wavers in it's effort to supply support? I doubt anyone would want to be unhealthy. It's crucial we do what we can for ourselves and each other. We The People, deserve our rights to be respected and honored. Don't we?
