The petition to help people with rare and orphan get direct financial help from the manufacturers of their expensive, life saving drugs by amending the Social Security Act's anti-kickback provision has now reached over 50,000 signatures! I have contacted Senator McCain many times but have received no response. Since Ann Kirkpatrick was defeated in her Senate bid against Mr. McCain, I will be contacting Mr. O'Halloran, my new Congressional representative.
