Now that election season is upon us, you can help further the cause of helping people with rare diseases get access to their life-saving medications even if they are on a government-assisted prescription plan by requesting your Congressional representative and Senators to amend the Social Security Act to allow the manufacturers of these medications to help these patients directly.
