We thought he was death. But he emerged recently in that video. He was arrested alongside many in 2018 in Buea during a mass arrest and taken to a military camp in Tole and Tortured. When some of them who attempted to escape from the torture Centre were shot dead, Rest of them had their legs beaten with iron bars to prevent them from further escape. He was later carried and dumped at a roadside when they thought he would die. He only regained consciousness many days after a while in Buea hospital. Unable to contact even his wife who’s telephone was also seized. Until he managed to beg a hospital staff to search for any NW man precisely from mbumland. That’s how he struggled to get the wife many weeks after. From my investigation, The wife contacted the mother who came and took him to BBH. The bill finally became so huge that the mother decided to leave hospital to Yaoundé unfortunately, she died out of shock while the guy was still waiting for her in hospital. The boy was informed of Mother’s death only days after her burial. He pleaded on hospital to release him as bills were piling and no further expected care. All this happened without knowledge of other family members. As news later circulated that he must have died, people gradually forgot about him. The wife also left him seeing that the guy may not make it. The wife is now pregnant for another man. He needs to be taken back to hospital. He doesn’t sleep at all because of serious pains.
