Unlawful-Secret Iran Regime and China 25 Year colonial agreement, Violation of Civil Rights in Iran also violation of the current constitution of Iran (Article 77,153,146)

''WE DO ASK TO REVOKE THIS UNLAWFUL AGREEMENT IMMEDIATELY''

Islamic regime of Iran, has started the process of devoting Iranian National Interests under loprative deals to its supportive foreign countries, to enjoy a guaranteed continuous support in suppressing Iranian people. Islamic regime, by executing an agreement to grant concessions to share Iran’s vitalinterests in Caspian Lake in the north of the country to Russians, and another devastating agreementwith Chinese government for oil and gas exploration in the south, as well as building infrastructureprojects all over the country, are all against its own Constitution. Under such agreements, Russian andChinese military forces will be stationed in the Persian Gulf, which is contrary to International law.Such dominating economic and military ventures in Iran will affect stability of the region, and can leadto an exit strategy for the West from the area!

A government that uses tactics of terror and systematic annihilation of its citizens in order to rule the nation, cannot have any legitimacy to govern, or conduct any negotiation towards peace; while their disregard for the freedom of press and tactics of terror and torture are being conducted against activists, students, and those who are trying to uphold human rights. It is time for all democratic nations in the world community to recall their representatives from such a terrorist regime and support the Iranian people in conducting Civil Rights violations in Iran at the United Nations, and their quest to establish a secular democratic form of governance, in defense of human rights in Iran.

We undersigned, declare Islamic regime of Iran illegal and not being a true representative of the nation, and therefore, any agreement executed by this regime, as far as Iranian people are concerned, are declared void, and any future democratic government of Iran will have no obligations to honor them. We hereby asking all freedom loving people of the free world, press and International political and legal institutions to support Iranian freedom movement by honoring the desire of the nation.

قرارداد پنهان 25 ساله رژیم ایران و چین نقض آشکار حقوق مدنی در ایران

رژیم ایران فرایند واگذاری منافع ملی به چین را به طور غیر قانونی و بدون اطلاع مردم ایران و مخفیانه  آغاز نموده است که این خود مغایر با سه اصل 146، 77 و  153قانون اساسی فعلی کشور است. با توجه به ترور سیستمانیک ایرانیان و سرکوب نمودن مطبوعات و ازادی بیان  و همچنین عدول از قانون اساسی فعلی کشور، رژیم فعلی ایران نماینده قانونی مردم ایران نبوده و انعقاد هر گونه قرارداد خارجی فاقد مشروعیت قانونی است و قطعا توسط مردم ایران در دادگاههای صالحه بین المللی پیگیری و عاملان دیکتاتوری و کشتار و شکنجه ایرانیان و همچنین خیانت به منافع ملی ایران تحت پیگرد مراجع قانونی قرار خواهند گرفت. ما امضا کنندگان این پتیشن تایید مینماییم که رژیم جمهوری اسلامی ، بر پایه دیکتاتوری محض بنا شده است و نماینده قانونی ما ملت ایران نیست و عقد هرگونه قرارداد توسط این رژیم غیر مردمی ، از وجاهت قانونی خارج بوده و  هر دولت دموکراتی که در اینده در ایران به مسند قدرت بنشیند هیچگونه تعهدی در قبال این قرارداد 25 ساله با چین یا قراردادهای مشابهی که به تایید ملت ایران نرسیده باشد ندارد.ما بدین وسیله از تمام مردمان آزادیخواه جهان و مطبوعات و نهادهای حقوقی و مراجع سیاسی برای حمایت از مردم ایران در قبال این خیانت بزرگ رژیم  و همچنین حمایت از جنبش های آزادیخواهانه ایران درخواست کمک مینماییم
