Parents, Grandparents, Signatories,
Let me repeat what is common knowledge: there is a worldwide frightening increase of children alienated from their parents by ex-partner, family courts and State contracted child protection service providers.
The roots of orphaning children -while their parents are alive- (this phrase was coined in the context of this petition but feel free to quote it and attach the petition link) can be traced to the year 2002 recommendation of the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child. That year the Committee recommended to "increase participation of non-state actors in the provision and funding of state-like functions on the implementation of the Rights of the Child."
Rights and Protection are two very different issues.
On one hand, Rights of the Child is an international human right treaty signed by United Nations State Members that establishes the civil, political, economical, health and cultural rights of children. On the other hand, protection of Rights is a fabrication of cunning totalitarian minded individuals acting through the 18 members of United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child and States judicial system.
In 2002 United Nations specialized agencies UNICEF, World Bank, UN permanent missions in Geneva, non-governmental organizations and business attended the Committee meeting to launch their aim of "privatization and assumption by non-governmental organizations or businesses of traditional state functions, i.e health and education sector, in the provision of institutional care..."
How was global alienation, protection and privatization of child protection services achieved? Simple!
Propaganda against parents and endorsement of privatization of child protection services.
An intense propaganda was set in motion to conquer and divide children from their daily allies; the State, parents, family and teachers in order to appeal to people's emotion with mantras as "the most vulnerable children" and "the best interest of the child."
States were depicted as an obstacle to private service protection providers.
In the 2002 meeting "the Committee noted that the implementation of rights guaranteed in the Convention was often impeded by States parties' lack of capacity or unwillingness to adopt measures in light of article 4 to ensure respect of the provisions of the Convention by actor in the private sphere"
A gamut of injurious affirmations to discredit parents and family.
For instance, the Committee recommendations shows clear disdain towards biological, natural, birth parents using term as "the family of origin." Besides that, the Committee continually add to the long list of mostly, abstract yet convincing terms applied against parents by social workers, lawyers and judges. For example, mental violence is described as psychological maltreatment, mental abuse, verbal abuse, withholding of affection and emotional abuse. Neglect or negligent treatment includes force feeding, physical neglect, psychological or emotional neglect, psychological unavailable, physical or mental health, educational neglect and abandonment to cite some. It all rings false because parents are fighting to recover their stolen children!
Teachers reputation was tarnished by stereotyping educators as violent.
In 2001 the Committee wrote teachers "exert violence against students including corporal punishment, but also other treatment that can be defined as "cruel, inhuman, or degrading."
The detrimental propaganda against States, parents, relatives and educators enabled the creation of a public sense of urgency to protect children from adults.
Alas, time to endorse non-state child protection providers! "The Committee recommends that States parties support the activities of the non-government sector as a channel for programme (sic) implementation." Curiously the Committee acknowledged "...the question of corruption and its paralyzing impact on government and public...as well as participation and involvement of civil society as an essential element in privatization"
Incongruous enough, civil society NGO's as well as non-state child protection service providers are beyond boundaries of state regulations and legal accountability. You guessed right. "The Committee ...encourages non-state providers to develop self-regulation mechanisms which would include a system of checks and balances." Lack of laws, regulations and accountability has turned parental alienation and child snatching into a rampant plague. As a consequence worldwide child protection service providers feel free to boldly advertise, market and sell children without any qualms about inflicting trauma to parents, family and children.
In spite of bashing States, the Committee recommended that "The State continues bound by its obligation by the treaty, even when the provision of services is delegated to non-state actors."
It seems that States are just a pay check $,$$$.$$$.$$$ for non-state providers, as well as absorbers of blame about violations, abuses and death of children while in care of the State. Did we say in care of the State, shouldn't it be while in the care of non-state protection service providers and their endorsers?
Parents and journalists have exposed enough the deplorable, if not criminal behavior of States, family courts and child protection service providers. Then, it seems proper to conclude that this generation of parents have not lost their sense of values and morals to the extent of hurting their own children. Instead, it is the laxity of UN and States to address parental alienation, the uncontrolled proliferation of abusive child protection service providers, the tyrant UN Committee on the Rights of the Child and their draconic recommendations that are culpable of abuses, torture and genocide against children and all members of the human family.
Thank you for signing and sharing the petition.
