I am a citizen of this world, who always have question in my mind about the world. Why the world seems so devastated? Why many children are crying and suffering? Why while I am living in a peaceful country yet I never feel safe? Should I just sit down and keep thinking or what can I do? Last year I found an answer to my question. I support HWPL which help me answer my question.

Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL) is a non-governmental and non-profit organization that is associated with the United Nations Department of Public Information (UN DPI). HWPL has sought to end all armed conflicts and to bring world peace with 170 branches. Together with the International Peace Youth Group (IPYG, 632 branches in 101 countries) and the International Women's Peace Group (IWPG, 173 branches in 35 countries), HWPL leads in creating a peaceful world by launching movements around the world that transcend citizenship, race, religion and culture, and by media and peace education. On March 14, 2016, HWPL has successfully held the Proclamation of Peace Cessation of War (DPCW) Ceremony designed by international legal experts.

HWPL is a non-profit organization where several figures from various countries such as: active president, former president, active prime minister, former prime minister, legal figure, political figure, mayor, governor, community organization leader, youth organization leader, female organization leader, leader religious leaders, the media, other community leaders in various parts of the world work together with HWPL to achieve world peace. They are all volunteers who share the same goal of eliminating the roots of all wars and armed conflicts.

DPCW, as designed by international legal experts, consists of 10 articles and 38 clauses that I believe can stop wars and promote peace on our beloved earth. Don’t you want peace for future generation, for your children, for the youths that will be our future leaders?

These are 10 articles of DPCW:
1. Prohibit the threat or use of force
2. Reduce war potential and repurpose weapons to benefit humanity
3. Develop friendly relations and prohibit acts of aggression
4. Prohibit coercion against internationally recognized state boundaries
5. Ensure the right to self-determination of both people and states
6. Settle international disputes through peaceful means
7. Acknowledge the right to self-defence
8. Foster religious freedom
9. Promote peaceful coexistence amongst religious and ethnic groups
10. Spread a culture of peace

Maybe we are living in a peaceful country at the moment and we might never feel the horror of a war. However, what can we say for next ten, twenty, or fifty years? Will our country be safe from any threat of war? Will the world be safe from any threat of war? Let us think deeply and ask ourselves, do we want war or peace? I believe everyone wants peace.

Currently, HWPL is working to achieve peace by pushing forward DPCW as a legally binding document to be used by United Nation to maintain world peace. I hope everyone can declare their support for world peace. World peace is not just a dream.
