Hi Everyone,

I have a great idea to solve the issues of every nation. In simple words I would like to tell that stop giving tickets to leaders, who are illiterate to avoid the loss to the nation in every aspect. A leader who is educated enough would have more solutions with in discipline and accurate problem solving techniques. I just want every leader to be well educated and while electing the leader, there should be a Test (25%) + Votes (75%). This should be the process of election in every country. As I'm an Indian, I would like to implement this process in India like countries at any cost as it is a developing country and it needs a good developer (Educated) rather than a repairer (Uneducated leader).
