Appoint a meeting on recognizing A.G. Lukashenko as a terrorist

Terrorism - is a policy based on the systematic use of terror.
Terror - is the intimidation of political opponents by means of physical violence.

Because of that (and with everything described below), I, a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, call on Antonio Guterres to convene a meeting and discuss the issue of recognizing A.G. Lukashenko as a terrorist. And also, all employees of power structures, judges and investigators, election riggers and other persons who carried out orders under the leadership of A.G. Lukashenko, involved in the violation of the rights of citizens of the Republic of Belarus – as a members of a terrorist.
The next, declare all those guilty on the international wanted list, arrest all bank accounts and funds of the members of the terrorist group, carry out a number of counter-terrorism measures to free the Republic of Belarus from terrorists, who captured governance of the country with the use of weapons, and judge them at the independent court.
Even before the elections began, A.G. Lukashenko fabricated cases against two of his opponents, Sergei Tikhanovsky and Viktor Babariko, put them in prison, thereby taking them as a hostage. He blackmailed their relatives with the death of Tikhanovsky and Babariko, including Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, the people's elected president of the Republic of Belarus, wife of Sergei Tikhanovsky. Tikhanovskaya was caught by members of terrorist group (called themselves as a police) and under the threat of death to herself and her husband, was deported from the country. The outraged people took to the streets to express their dissatisfaction with what was happening. But in order to prevent the people from expressing their opinion (everyone now knows about the peaceful nature of the Belarusian protests), Lukashenko ordered the security forces to brutally detain, beat, torture, maim and even kill civilians - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tn4_dHfJ6Aw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6ScD2XlsFE In connection with the events of August 9-12, 2020, over 700 complaints of beatings, torture and murder were filed with the Investigative Committee. After 3 months, no investigation was carried out according to the statement! And this continues to this day. So, on November 12, 2020, Roman Bondarenko was detained in the courtyard of his own house - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxRK4m2DP9c . After the footage captured on video, the members of terrorist group took him to the local police department, beat him to death, and Roman died in hospital. The intimidation of citizens continues to this day. All this became possible for Lukashenka that during his rule he created a police bloc disproportionate to the necessary state. Thus, the recommended number of police officers per capita is 200 people per 100,000. In Belarus, this indicator tends to 1,500, i.e. 7 times more. These are not police officers, they protect the law and order of ordinary citizens. This is Lukashenka's personal army, members of terrorist group, beating, intimidating and killing the people of Belarus.

В связи с этим (и со всем, описанным ниже) я, гражданин Республики Беларусь, призываю Антониу Гутерриша созвать совещание и обсудить вопрос о признании А.Г.Лукашенко террористом.
А также, всех сотрудников силовых структур, судей и следователей, фальсификаторов выборов и иных лиц, выполнявших приказы под руководством А.Г. Лукашенко, причастных к нарушению прав граждан Республики Беларусь – участниками террористической группировки.
В дальнейшем, объявить всех виновных в международный розыск, арестовать все банковские счета и денежные средства участников террористической группировки, провести ряд контр-террористических мер по освобождению Республики Беларусь от террористов, захвативших власть в стране с применением оружия, и осудить в независимом суде.
Ещё до начала выборов А.Г.Лукашенко сфабриковал дела против двух своих оппонентов, Сергея Тихановского и Виктора Бабарико, посадил их в тюрьму, тем самым взяв в заложники. Он шантажировал смертью Тихановского и Бабарико их родственников, в том числе Светлану Тихановскую, народоизбранного президента Республики Беларусь, жену Сергея Тихановского. Тихановская была поймана силовиками и под угрозой смерти себе и мужу, была депортирована из страны. Возмущённый народ вышел на улицы, чтобы высказать свое недовольство происходящем. Но для того, чтобы народ не выражал свое мнение (о мирном характере Белорусских протестов теперь известно всему миру), Лукашенко приказал силовикам жестоко задерживать, избивать, пытать, калечить и даже убивать мирных граждан - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tn4_dHfJ6Aw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6ScD2XlsFE В связи с событиями, произошедшими 9-12 августа 2020 года в следственный комитет было подано свыше 700 заявлений об избиениях, пытках и убийствах. Спустя 3 месяца по данным заявлениям не было проведено ни 1го расследования! И подобное продолжается до сих пор. Так, 12.11.2020 года во дворе собственного дома был задержан Роман Бондаренко -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxRK4m2DP9c . После кадров, заснятых на видео, силовики отвезли его в местный РОВД, избили до смерти и Роман скончался в больнице. Запугивание граждан продолжается до сих пор. Всё это стало возможным для Лукашенко потому, что в течение своего правления он создал силовой блок, несоразмерный с необходимостью государства. Так, рекомендуемое ООН количество сотрудников полиции на душу населения составляет 200 человек на 100 000. В РБ этот показатель стремится к 1500, т.е. превышает в 7 раз. Это не сотрудники полиции, которые охраняют закон и порядок простых граждан. Это личная армия Лукашенко, избивающая, устрашающая и убивающая народ Беларуси.
