Wow, yesterday I interviewed with Spectrum news. Today, it should air. The reporter stated 5pm or 10pm. I will update you when I get more information. As much as I tried to role play what I was going to say nothing went as planned. However, God's plan always works as planned. While I was in the middle of my interview, a man road up in his pickup truck to ask us what was going on with the church? In short, he was the last contractor to do repairs for the church. Mr. Meyers stated, "I'll send a team out to help restore the church!" The reporter removed the camera off of me to Mr. Meyers to ask him some questions. She said why would you do such a thing? He said because of God! The love of God within the man of God causes you to love your neighbor as yourself. Wow, as much as I tried to role play the interview it didn't go as I planned it but as God planned. This lesson reminded me to be open for the Spirit of God to move in situations. I'm grateful for you and excited to share how God is moving in this situation. We ALL are joining together in love in a time when this world seems like it’s full of division, hatred, racism, injustice and so much more. We still have hope in those who have the love of God flowing through their hearts to lead by example. The scripture I'm standing on and share with you today is Romans 8:28 - And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
